Explore energy treatments
built around the cause of your fatigue.

Feeling flat is a symptom, not a diagnosis. Physician-led care that looks at what could be behind it, treats what the tests show, and leaves out what the evidence does not support.

Feeling tired shouldn’t be
your new normal.

Tiredness has many causes, including mood, sleep and hormones, and several of them can be checked.¹ In one large trial, treating a lab value that was not behind the symptoms did not make people feel better.²

Our in-house care team of U.S.-licensed physicians and nurse practitioners starts with your history and your labs, decides what to treat and what to leave alone, and rechecks as you go.

What treating the cause
can change, and what it cannot.

  • Fewer heart failure events50%

lower risk of a combined endpoint (hospital admission for worsening heart failure, cardiovascular death, a heart-assist device or urgent transplant) with coenzyme Q10 at 100 mg three times a day for 2 years, in 420 adults with moderate to severe heart failure on standard care: 15% versus 26% on placebo.

Q-SYMBIO trial, JACC Heart Failure, 2014
  • Higher glutathione stores6 months

of oral glutathione (250 or 1,000 mg a day) raised glutathione levels in blood and cells versus placebo in a randomized trial of 54 non-smoking adults. It measured body stores, not energy or illness.

Richie JP et al., Eur J Nutr 2015
  • Better muscle fuelabout 25%

more glucose taken up by muscle in response to insulin with 250 mg a day of NMN, an NAD+ precursor, in 25 postmenopausal women with prediabetes, over 10 weeks. Blood glucose, blood pressure and liver fat did not change.

Yoshino J et al., Science, 2021

Across 654,827 adults followed for a median of 10 years, the most active group gained up to 4.5 years of life expectancy compared with those with no leisure-time activity. Moore SC et al., PLoS Medicine, 2012

Trial results are averages from specific medicines and doses, often in small groups, and they are not predictions for you. The coenzyme Q10 and omega-3 trials tested products and doses that differ from ours, and the omega-3 trial used prescription EPA. The years figure is an observational association from cohort data, not a trial result.

The right energy plan
starts with the right tests.

When you feel flat for weeks, you should not have to guess at the cause. Our fully in-house care team reviews your history and labs, treats what they show, and stays with you while your body responds.

We test first, we treat what the tests support, and we recheck the things that matter for your results, so you know what changed and why, with plans starting at $99 a month.

We read the research on energy
before we prescribe it.

Energy is one of the most sold claims in longevity medicine, and much of what is sold rests on small studies, animal work or no controlled data at all. We read the trials, state their limits, and keep the treatments the evidence supports.

Every energy and longevity treatment,
in one place.

Real products and real prices from our pharmacy. Your physician helps you choose the medicine, the form and the dose.

What is longevity? What's the difference between anti-aging and longevity medicine?

Anti-aging usually means treating the surface: skin, hair, how you look. Longevity medicine works underneath, on the cellular processes that drive aging itself, so you stay stronger, sharper and more resilient for longer. The goal isn't just more years, it's more good ones: a longer healthspan.

What is the difference between healthspan and lifespan?

Lifespan is how long you live. Healthspan is how many of those years you spend healthy, active and independent. Longevity care at Zepym Health is built around healthspan: quantity and quality together.

Which longevity treatment should I start with?

It depends on what you want to feel first. NAD+ is the usual starting point for energy, focus and recovery; glutathione for antioxidant support, immunity and skin. Your physician looks at your goals, your history and, when useful, lab work, and helps you choose.

Can I combine more than one longevity treatment at a time?

Often, yes. NAD+ and glutathione are commonly used together because they support different pathways. Your physician decides the order and the timing, so you can tell what each one is doing and adjust safely.

Why offer more than one treatment for longevity instead of just one?

Aging runs through several pathways at once: cellular energy, oxidative stress, repair, inflammation. No single molecule covers all of them. Matching the tool to the pathway that needs attention is what makes a plan personal rather than one-size-fits-all.
