Your plan,
on your finger.

Coming soon: a 2.7 gram ring that reads your heart, sleep and recovery, and brings them into your Zepym care.

The Zepym Ring in Gunmetal

It reads you,
day and night.

Inside the band sit an optical heart sensor with two photodiodes, a skin temperature sensor and a motion sensor. No screen, no buttons: you put it on and forget it.

  • Heart rate
  • Blood oxygen
  • Heart rate variability
  • Stress level
  • Skin temperature
  • Sleep
  • Steps and movement

You see it
every morning.

Open the app and your night is waiting: how long you slept, your resting heart rate, HRV and blood oxygen, and how much energy you have for the day. If stress runs high, start a guided breathing session.

The Zepym Ring is designed to bring your trends into your Zepym plan, so a follow-up starts from how you actually slept and recovered, not from memory. It informs your care. It never changes a dose; your physician decides with you.

The Zepym Ring, answered.

Does joining the waitlist cost anything?

No. It is free and you can ignore our email when it arrives.

When will it be available?

We will announce the date when it is ready. Everyone on the waitlist hears first.

Do I need a Zepym plan?

The ring is designed to work with your Zepym plan, so your physician can see your data between visits.

How long does the battery last?

5 to 7 days of normal use and up to 15 days on standby. A full charge on the magnetic charger takes about an hour and a half.

Can I shower or swim with it?

Yes. It is rated 5ATM: fine for showers, washing your hands and swimming. Take it off for saunas, hot tubs and diving.

How do I find my size?

There are eight sizes, 6 to 13, from 16.5 to 22.2 mm inside. Measure the inside of a ring that fits the finger you will wear it on and pick the closest size.

Which phones does it work with?

iPhone with iOS 9 or later and Android 5.1 or later, over Bluetooth Low Energy.

What does it record while I sleep?

How long and how well you sleep, plus your heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen and skin temperature through the night.

Does it have a screen?

No. No screen and no buttons. You wear it, and everything it records appears in the app.

Does it measure blood sugar or blood pressure?

No. It does not measure glucose or blood pressure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Can it change my treatment?

It is designed to inform your physician, who can look at your sleep, heart rate and recovery trends together with your labs and messages. The ring never changes a dose on its own.

Is my data private?

Once your ring data reaches your Zepym plan, it is health data protected under HIPAA like the rest of your Zepym record: encrypted, used for your care, visible to you and your care team, and never sold or used for advertising.

Is it a medical device?

No. It is a wellness device. It does not diagnose, treat or replace clinical tests.

The Zepym Ring is a wellness device. It does not diagnose, treat or replace clinical testing. Readings can vary with fit, movement and temperature. Pricing and availability will be announced to the waitlist first.
