How care works,
from your first question to your door.

No waiting rooms and no guesswork. You answer a few questions, a physician licensed in your state decides, a licensed pharmacy prepares your medication, and your care team stays with you for as long as you are treated.

Four steps,
all online.

  1. 1

    Tell us about your health

Answer a few medical questions online, at your own pace. For some treatments, or in some states, your physician also asks for a short video visit.

  2. 2

    A physician reviews it

A physician licensed in your state reviews your answers, history and goals, and prescribes only if the treatment is right for you. You are not charged for medication unless it is prescribed.

  3. 3

    A pharmacy prepares it

A state-licensed U.S. pharmacy prepares your prescription and ships it to your door in discreet packaging, with free shipping and tracking.

  4. 4

    Your care continues

Message your care team whenever you need. Your physician follows how you respond and adjusts the dose or the treatment with you.

One review
covers up to six months.

When your physician approves a plan, they set the whole dose schedule at once. Each refill ships on its date, at the dose your plan calls for, without a new visit or a new fee. If something changes, you message your care team and the plan changes with you.

  • Dose changes at your check-ins, no upcharge as the dose goes up
  • Pause or cancel from your account at any time
  • A physician licensed in your state reviews every plan

What every plan includes.

  • Physician review and prescription, when appropriate
  • Your medication, prepared by a licensed U.S. pharmacy

  • Unlimited messaging with your care team
  • Dose adjustments and check-ins

Clear pricing, no insurance needed.

Plans are priced per month and billed monthly, every 3 months or every 6 months; longer plans cost less per month. We do not bill insurance. Many patients pay with an HSA or FSA card. The price you see on a treatment page is the price you pay.

physicians who know your case.

Three physicians and three nurse practitioners, all licensed in the U.S., review every plan. Every license is public: open a profile and check it in the federal registry.
